2018 CQMA Membership Application

 

2018 USAC .25 MIDGET FAMILY MEMBERSHIPS NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE! 

After another successful year we are very excited for our upcoming 2018 USAC .25 Midget racing season.

Application Process:

  1. Fill out completely online the USAC Point .25 Midget Family Competition License and make a copy to send with your CQMA membership.
  2. Fill out the Parental Consent form for each driver on the License Application.
  3. Provide copies of birth certificates for each driver.
  4. Make copies for your records.
  5. Return the CQMA Membership forms above to Sarah Bible along with your check made out to CQMA.

General  Membership – $110/year

Benefits:

  • Full track access (own key) for General members
    • Track key will be issued to New General Members after track orientation by existing General Member
    • Expectation – General Members will participate in club activities, work days, fundraisers, committee, etc.  General Members are expected to be active participants in ongoing and long-term viability of club (see club by-laws, Article III, Section A –Duties of General Membership)
    • General Members not renewing membership MUST return their track key to a current board member by the first scheduled club meeting
  • Qualify for series points race titles
  • Eligible for end of the year club awards
  • Must be a USAC member
  • Only available to those who list CQMA has their home track with USAC
  • First priority to purchase reserved parking location (fee applies)
  • Full voting rights for club business

 

Associate Membership fee – $50/year

Benefits:

  • Qualify for series points race titles
  • Access to practice at track with General club members
    • General Member MUST be in attendance (no fee for Associate Member)
  • Opportunity to rent practice time for $100/day
    • General Member will open track and equipment but is not required to remain at the track
    • Practice must be scheduled in advance, and based on availability of track and club members schedule to open track
    • No practice before 10 a.m. and must be finished by 7 p.m.
    • Renting practice time does not guarantee or imply exclusive use of track
      • Track maybe rented to multiple families for the same day
      • General Members may use the track during rented track days
    • Must be a USAC member
    • Only available to those who do NOT list CQMA has home track with USAC
    • No club voting rights and cannot hold a board position
    • No obligation to participate in club work days or fundraisers
    • If participating in a club race, Associate Member will be expected to participate in race event duties (flagger, race director, asst. race director, safety, tower, etc.)
